It was a very insight full experience

I did LMI program under guidance of Mr. Debasis Majumdar, it was the very insight full experience. All workshops were very interactive, and all lessons are very informative and impacting.

LMI is fantastic and well-structured program. LMI program is focusing not only achieving profession goal but person goal also. LMI program is cultivating not only leadership quality it also helps improving personal life. This program helped me find out the gaps and lapses in my management and clear my doubts which were the obstacles of my development. From this program, I have learned about productivity is the very foundation of success. I am sure that after implementing of tools and technique of LMI, my exponential growth is sure, and I will be able to balance wheel of life more precisely. Before training, I was striving of perfection and now after training, I have learned that overemphasis on perfection always renders negative consequences. We simply strive for excellent results – not perfections. I really thank to Mr. Debasis for clearing all doubts and coaching us patiently. I highly recommend this program for everyone as it is a very learning experience. In my words, LMI was not just a training, it was life transformation journey. I would like to express my regards to Mr. Debasis Sir for helping and guiding me.
