What is Health Check up

Health Check up involves the comparison of actual performance ("where we are") with potential or desired performance (“where we want to be”). If an organization does not make the best use of current resources, or forgoes investment in capital or technology, it may produce or perform below its potential.

What we do in Health Check up

In Health Check up, we identify gaps between the optimized allocation and integration of the inputs (resources), and the current allocation-level. This may reveal areas that can be improved. Health Check up involves determination, documentation and recommendations for the difference between business requirements and current capabilities.

Once the general expectation of performance in an industry is understood, it is possible to compare that expectation with the company's current level of performance. This comparison becomes the gap analysis. Such analysis can be performed at the strategic or at the operational level of an organization.

Only a Health check up is will not help the organization to improve. No organization can just improve by knowing “where they are” and “where they want to be”, but it is very important to know “how to reach”. So after performing Health check up we provide a road map to reach at the desired level.

Gap analysis consists

  • Listing of characteristic factors (such as attributes, competencies, performance levels) of the present situation ("what is")
  • Listing factors needed to achieve future objectives ("what should be"), and then
  • Highlighting the gaps that exist and need to be filled.
