LMI began around 60 years ago, as a vision in the mind of a self-motivated man, Mr. Paul J. Meyer known for his ability to transform ideas into goals and goals into phenomenal success. He brought his vision to life in 1966 by establishing Leadership Management International (LMI).

  • Our interventions are totally different from short, 1-2 day, transactional training where virtually nothing changes after the participants go back.
  • LMI programs are outcome oriented, and we set up specific measurable change goals for a 2-3 month period at the very start, using several program tools that we have, these results are achieved by leadership skill enhancement. Our programs produce lasting behaviour change and provide smart ways to work better. LMI produces greater ownership on their roles. We deliver measurable results.
  • The programs are delivered in half day modules, 8 modules in all spread over 8 to 9 weeks. We meet once a week and rest of the week is for implementing the new change ideas, both in work and personal arenas. LMI programs work due to application-of-the-new-ideas, heightened focus on the right things and produce experiential learning.
  • There are no PowerPoint and weary gyan giving lectures. The LMI programs are interactive, workshop oriented where people work on proactive actions they can do to enhance their success.
