Six Sigma Green Belt Training |
|
Green
Belt is a key team member with a degree of experience above the average
team member, or who plays a key role in helping the sponsor manage the
scheduling and assignments within a project.
Green Belts are Six Sigma
project leaders capable of forming and facilitating Six Sigma teams and
managing Six Sigma projects from concept to completion. Green Belt
training consists of four days of classroom training and is conducted
in conjunction with Six Sigma projects. |

Training
covers project management, quality management tools, quality control
tools, problem solving, and descriptive data analysis. Six Sigma
champions should attend Green Belt training. Usually, Six Sigma Black
Belts help Green Belts to define their projects and assist them with
their projects after the training.
After this training program, the participant will :-

Six Sigma Black Belt Training |
|
An experienced participant in the Six Sigma process, usually given the role of team leader, who is responsible for
ensuring that the benefits of Six Sigma projects are realized.
Candidates for Black Belt status are technically oriented individuals
held in high regard by their peers. They should be actively involved in
the process of organizational change and development. Candidates may
come from a wide range of disciplines and need not be formally trained
in statisticians or analysts.
After this training program, the participant will :-

pass a comprehensive written examination and complete at least one
black belt level project. |

Six Sigma Champion Training |
|
Six
Sigma champions are high-level individuals who understand Six Sigma and
are committed to its success. In larger organizations Six Sigma will be
lead by a full-time, high-level champion, such as an Executive Vice
President.
In all
organizations, champions also include informal leaders who use Six
Sigma in their day-to-day work and communicate the Six Sigma message at
every opportunity. Sponsors are owners of processes and systems who
help initiate and coordinate Six Sigma improvement activities in their
areas of responsibilities.
Champions drive Six Sigma implementation. They mentor and support Black
Belts and their respective Six Sigma projects throughout the
organization.
This two-day course shall prepare an organization's managers to
identify critical improvement projects that are crucial for its
business. They also deal with day to day human, structural , and
technological issues which are faced when implementing and maintaining
a Six Sigma projects. |

Six Sigma Executive Training |

This training program is exclusively designed for Business Leaders and Top Management. The aim of the program is to make them aware about the Six Sigma philosophy, tools and techniques as well as its implications.
