Six Sigma Deployment
Six Sigma is a set of techniques and tools for process improvement. Six Sigma seeks to improve the quality of process outputs by identifying and removing the causes of defects (errors) and minimizing variability in manufacturing and business processes.
The word “Sigma” comes from Statistics and generally used in Statistical Quality Control which evaluate the Process Capability. Process Capability is referred to the capability of the organizations’ processes to perform as per the voice of customer.
We use a set of quality improvement methodologies including statistical methods. The infrastructure of people plays a key role for successful implementation of Six Sigma, we build infrastructure of people at our clients’ place like “Six Sigma Black Belts”, “Six Sigma Green Belts”, “Six Sigma Yellow Belts” etc. by giving training to them for implementation of Six Sigma methodology.
The scope of any project is critical to success. Hence we conduct meeting with management and identifies scope of improvements to the organization we call it projects. We prioritize the project with respect to parameters like improvement project is directly related with organization’s goal, impact on customer satisfaction, availability of data related to project, financial impact, estimated time to complete the project, budget requirement to execute the improvement, workload to the respective project team, initiative level of the team etc..
