Six Sigma Black Belt Training |
|
An experienced participant in the Six Sigma process, usually given the role of team leader, who is responsible for
ensuring that the benefits of Six Sigma projects are realized.
Candidates for Black Belt status are technically oriented individuals
held in high regard by their peers. They should be actively involved in
the process of organizational change and development. Candidates may
come from a wide range of disciplines and need not be formally trained
in statisticians or analysts. |

After completion of the 8-Day Six Sigma Black Belt Training, participant must
pass a comprehensive written examination and complete at least one
